Built on nearly two decades of hands-on experience, HC Limited has established itself as a trusted name in infrastructure development across Rwanda and the wider East African region.

The firm was formed with a clear mission: to provide professional, technically rigorous engineering services that help governments, development agencies, and private clients build infrastructure that genuinely serves people.
