Palast Logistics operates from its offices in Nyamata Ville, where it has established operations to support the construction and development sector. In its operational rollout, the company has initially focused on the commercial sale of construction materials — with particular emphasis on the distribution of cement — serving contractors, developers, and institutional clients.

As a member of the Palast Group family, Palast Logistics works in close coordination with Hycogec consultants Ltd and other engineering partners to ensure construction projects receive the materials they need — on time, in full, and to specification. This integration within the Group creates a seamless supply chain from design through to delivery.

Registered under Rwandan law with multi-sector operational authority, Palast Logistics is steadily expanding its scope — from material supply to full haulage, warehousing, and fuel distribution services.
